‘Market will be pleasantly surprised’: Tribeca founder Kalpesh Mehta on Trump Towers Hyderabad
On the launch of Trump Towers Hyderabad, Tribeca Developers Founder Kalpesh Mehta said, “Any Trump project stands out from all of their competition or any Tribeca project for that matter. There is a reason that people pay a 30-50 per cent premium for a Trump-branded project, not just in Hyderabad, but in a lot of cities around the world. There is the iconic facade, the amenities that we give, post-delivery service and interior finishes. This is a product that does not exist anywhere in this market, and I think the market will be pleasantly surprised.”
