PGIM India Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandum (KIMs) of the schemes of PGIM India Mutual Fund (MF).
PGIM India MF has informed that the AMC has decided to modify its provision under the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) facility for all the open ended schemes of PGIM India MF, to the extent that: ‘With effect from January 01, 2023, the SIP facility will automatically be discontinued in the system where 4 consecutive SIP instalments in case of Monthly & Quarterly frequency are not honoured.’ The Trustee / AMC reserves the right to change / modify the provisions mentioned above at a later date.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID(s) and KIM(s) of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
