Motilal Oswal AMC announces change in name of the plan

Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) informed that Motilal Oswal Trustee Company, the Trustees to Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF) has decided to change name of Motilal Oswal Cash Flow Plan (MO-CP) and shall be renamed as ‘Motilal Oswal Fixed Amount Benefits (FAB) Plan’ with effect from February 17, 2023.

This addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
