Zaggle gains on entering into agreement with Visa Worldwide
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services is currently trading at Rs 350.95, up by 3.50 points or 1.01% from its previous closing of Rs 347.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 353.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs 358.40 and Rs 349.25 respectively. So far 19054 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 576.80 on 03-Jan-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 299.00 on 09-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 361.40 and Rs 346.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4698.42 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.52% and 40.28% respectively.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Visa Worldwide. Visa will incentivise Zaggle to launch and promote co-branded domestic prepaid cards on the Visa network. The said agreement is expected to be executed for 7 years.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
