Ahead of the Women’s Asian Champions Trophy scheduled to take place from October 27 to November 05 in Jharkhand, the Indian Women's Hockey team’s head coach Janneke Schopman on October 22 claimed that India has a chance of winning the tournament. Notably, the tournament is scheduled to "We have some different players and only a few changes but still I think we know that we played some really good games there against Japan you know and Malaysia and had some other good performances against some other teams…We know that we have a lot of chances…" said Schopman.
