Vraj Iron & Steel is currently trading at Rs. 173.50, up by 4.70 points or 2.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 168.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 170.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 174.25 and Rs. 170.00 respectively. So far 511 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 296.15 on 24-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 132.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 174.25 and Rs. 145.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 556.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.18% and 20.86% respectively.

Vraj Iron & Steel has entered into a Management consultancy Agreement with its associate company Vraj Metaliks for providing services in the plant situated at Bailadila Road, village Raikot, Tehsil Tokapal, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh. The purpose of this agreement is to provide management consultancy services, including but not limited to financial operations, strategic planning, and overall management for smooth operation of the Associate Company.  

Vraj Iron & Steel is engaged in manufacturing of Sponge Iron, M.S. Billets, and TMT bars under the brand Vraj.
