Vodafone Idea will initiate significant investments to roll out 5G network: Kumar Mangalam Birla
Kumar Mangalam Birla, Aditya Birla Group Chairperson & Additional Director (Non-Executive) Vodafone-Idea, on October 27 spoke on Vodafone-Idea’s expanding footprint at 7th India Mobile Congress.
"Vodafone Idea will initiate significant investments in order to roll out 5G network and further expand 4G coverage across the country, Moreover, the company is determined to realise the government’s vision of establishing a robust supply chain in critical and emerging areas, including OpenRAN. Today, India is actively engaging in the development of standards for future technologies in areas like 6G," Kumar Mangalam Birla said.
