Vinati Organics jumps on making additional investment in wholly owned subsidiary

Vinati Organics is currently trading at Rs. 1840.10, up by 39.50 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 1800.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1817.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1843.65 and Rs. 1791.90 respectively. So far 745 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2331.05 on 09-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1416.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1896.10 and Rs. 1721.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 19058.93 crore.

Vinati Organics has subscribed to the additional 4,10,25,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at par of its wholly owned subsidiary -- Veeral Organics, amounting to Rs 41.02 crore by way of subscription towards the rights issue. The shares rank pari-passu to existing equity shares of the company.

The main business object of Veeral Organics is the manufacturing of organics fine specialty chemicals which is in line with the business of the company.
