Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami planted a sapling in the name of martyrs, who lost their lives in Doda encounter, on the occasion of the Folk festival ‘Harela’ in Dehradun on July 16.
“Around 50 lakh saplings will be planted today...I request everyone to plant some saplings in the name of soldiers who lost their lives in the line of duty...,” said Pushkar Singh Dhami.
