Ugro Capital shines on raising Rs 50 crore via commercial papers

Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 279.90, up by 16.50 points or 6.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 263.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 275.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 282.20 and Rs. 268.70 respectively. So far 104745 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 319.85 on 22-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 213.15 on 27-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 284.95 and Rs. 261.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2600.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.23%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.52% and 74.25% respectively.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of Commercial Papers (CPs) of face value Rs 5,00,000 each. Tenure of the said security 30 days and redemption date is June 28, 2024. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee), on May 29, 2024 has approved allotment of the same.
