Trust Mutual Fund files offer document for Mid Cap Fund
Trust Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in mid cap stocks named ‘Mid Cap Fund’. The New Fund Offer price for units would be Rs 10 each during the New Fund Offer Period. Entry load will be nil. Exit load will be 1% if redeemed/switched out within 180 days from the date of allotment, and Nil - if redeemed/switched out after 180 days from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers Growth option only for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against Nifty Midcap 150 TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 1,000 and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by predominantly investing in equity & equity related instruments of mid cap companies.
