Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries has received approval for the acquisition of 100% stake in British Brewing Company (BBCPL). The company has entered into a share purchase agreement with BBCPL. Post acquisition, BBCPL will became a wholly owned subsidiary company of the company.
The time period for completion of acquisition shall be within 60 days from the date of the execution of the share purchase agreement. The company has acquired 8,07,663 Equity Shares of 10 each at a total consideration of Rs 2.69 crore. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on November 14, 2024, has approved the same.
Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries operated as a non-banking financial company in India till 2018. Subsequently, it has ventured into the food and beverage processing industry and other allied services.
