Century Plyboards inches up on getting nod to set up new unit in Punjab
Century Plyboards (India) is currently trading at Rs. 748.60, up by 0.45 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 748.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 750.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 766.45 and Rs. 738.25 respectively. So far 3169 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 938.60 on 11-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 614.25 on 15-Apr-2024.

Century Plyboards has received approval for setting up a new unit in the state of Punjab for manufacturing of Resin & Formaldehyde. The investment required to set up the unit is around Rs 42 crore. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on November 13, 2024, has approved the same.
