The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 3 points lower at 22,545 on Thursday.

Coal India:

The company approved levy of ?300 per tonne as Singrauli Punarasthapan Charge across all NCL mines from May 1, 2025, adding ?3,877.50 crore revenue.

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations:

The company received DGCA type certification for its AI-powered AgriVeer drone, authorizing its commercial launch across India for agriculture, education, and RPTO training.

GE Power India:

The company received additional scope order under ?863.4 crore (approx $113 million) hydro contract with Greenko KA01 IREP for Saundatti project.

HCLTech:

The company launched a new global delivery center in Hyderabad to deliver AI-driven tech solutions for global clients using its full-stack portfolio and skilled workforce.

Jupiter Wagons:

The company secured ?255 crore order from Braithwaite & Co. for 9,140 wheelsets (840 mm diameter, 25-ton axle load), raising order book to ?560 crore.

Man Infraconstruction:

The company subscribed to 2,640 equity shares (26.40%) in Trident Agro Terminals and Logistic for port, logistics & agri-commodity processing development.

Ramco Systems:

The company successfully implemented its aviation software for PAL Express fleet, optimizing operations, enhancing aircraft traceability & enabling future PAL fleet rollout.

Shakti Pumps India:

The company invested ?6 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 60 lakh equity shares, bringing its total investment to ?45 crore.

Tata Power:

The company’s subsidiary TP Solar secured ?632 crore contract from SECI to supply 292.5 MWp DCR solar modules in Andhra Pradesh.

TVS Motor:

The company launched TVS King Duramax Plus and King Deluxe Plus three-wheelers in Mexico with availability starting March 2025.
