The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after Nifty closed 18 points lower at 23,688 on Wednesday.

Afcons Infrastructure:

The company secured a ?1,084.54 crore EPC contract from DRDO for infrastructure development in India, with a 36-month completion timeline.

Bartronics India:

The company signed an MoU with PTW Group to bolster India’s semiconductor sector through production, refurbishing, training, and global collaborations.

Brookfield India REIT:

The company completed a ?150.4 crore acquisition of Mountainstar India Office Parks by purchasing its entire share capital.

EMS:

The company received a ?416.46 crore Letter of Acceptance from Indore Municipal Corporation for sewage treatment plant design and a 15-year O&M contract.

Hyundai Motor India:

The company launched upgraded variants of VENUE, VERNA, and Grand i10 NIOS with enhanced technology, comfort, and performance features.

ITCONS E-Solutions:

The company won a ?4.03 crore contract from Central Warehousing Corporation to provide manpower services for two years.

KEC International:

The company secured new orders worth ?1,136 crore across T&D, Transportation, and Oil & Gas Pipelines, raising YTD order intake to ?20,600 crore.

M&M:

The company unveiled an EV manufacturing and battery assembly facility in Chakan, Pune, with ?4,500 crore investment planned over F22-F27.

Prime Focus:

The company’s subsidiary PF Motion set up DNEG Creative Private Limited in India, focusing on post-production for video and motion pictures.

Route Mobile:

The company partnered with PT MRT Jakarta to launch a WhatsApp-based metro ticketing solution, improving commuter experience and marketing.

Transformers and Rectifiers:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue up +50.7% YoY to ?550 crore (?51.2% QoQ), EBITDA up +126.6% YoY to ?79 crore (?14.2% QoQ), and net profit up +276.1% YoY to ?50 crore (?6.3% QoQ).

United Breweries:

The company suspended beer supply to Telangana Beverages Corporation due to unchanged prices since 2019-20 and pending dues.

Voltamp Transformers:

The company received a ?41 crore purchase order from Adani Power and Mahan Energen for distribution transformers to be delivered in 12 months.
