The markets are expected to open marginally higher today astrends in GIFT Nifty indicate a positive start for the broader indexafter Nifty closed 158 points higher at 24,339 on Monday.

Ambuja Cements:

The company reported Q2 results with sales up +1% YoY to Rs.7,516crore (?10% QoQ), EBITDA down -15% YoY to Rs.1,111 crore (?13%QoQ), and net profit down -36% YoY to Rs.629 crore (?20% QoQ).

Ashapura Minechem:

The company was found guilty under IPC sections 120-B, 420, and379 with fines of Rs.20,000 each and ?9.06 crores jointly; appealingthe verdict.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions:

The company launched AXELERA™ 3.0 and 4.0 process performance CImotors up to 7.5 kW, targeting both domestic and international markets.

Cyient:

The company acquired a 27.3% stake in Azimuth AI, enhancing itssemiconductor capabilities by focusing on energy-efficient ASIC chipdevelopment in India.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works:

The company received a Letter of Award from IWAI for dredgingmaintenance of 145 km of National Waterway-1, valued at Rs.147.43crore for three years.

M&M Financial Services:

The company has received RBI approval to launch co-branded creditcards with RBL Bank, targeting a diverse customer base withenhanced benefits and rewards.

NBCC (India):

The company has received work orders for redevelopment projectsin Goa worth approximately Rs.1,726 crore, including several keygovernment buildings and facilities.

The company announced that the acquisition of Arrka Infosec PrivateLimited has been completed, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Rail Vikas Nigam:

The company emerged as the Lowest Bidder from East CentralRailway for a contract valued at Rs.186.77 crore for designing,supplying, erecting, testing, and commissioning traction substationsin the Gomoh-Patratu section.

RITES:

The company received a Letter of Acceptance from U.P. State BridgeCorporation for consultancy services valued at Rs.59.13 crore,covering construction supervision for bridges and elevated roadsover 36 months.

SpiceJet:

The company launched 32 new winter schedule flights, addingdomestic routes and a Delhi-Phuket non-stop, with fleet expansionongoing through November.
