The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after Nifty closed 345 points lower at 23,085 on Monday.

Afcons Infrastructure:

The company emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for constructing Access Controlled Pune Ring Road (East) Packages PRR E5 and E7 worth ?4,787.20 crores with a 36-month completion period.

Angel One:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue of ?1,262 crore (+19.2% YoY), net profit of ?280 crore (+7.7% YoY), and EBITDA of ?496 crore (+24.6% YoY), with EBITDA margin at 39.29% (+172 bps YoY).

Anand Rathi Wealth:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue of ?237 crore (+30.2% YoY), net profit of ?77 crore (+33.2% YoY), and EBITDA of ?107 crore (+32.8% YoY), with EBITDA margin at 45.17% (+97 bps YoY).

Bajel Projects:

The company has been awarded a contract by Adani Energy Solutions for the construction of 400KV D/C Raipur-Tiroda Transmission Lines in Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.

Bharat Electronics:

The company secured orders worth ?561 crores, bringing total orders to ?10,362 crores in the current financial year.

Delta Corp:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue of ?194 crore (-7.6% YoY), net profit of ?35.7 crore (+3.5% YoY), and EBITDA of ?31.9 crore (-42.5% YoY), with EBITDA margin at 16.42% (-1,002 bps YoY).

G R Infraprojects:

The company emerged as L-1 bidder for the construction of 16 km Access Controlled Pune Ring Road (East) at ?1,947 crores, with a completion period of 3 years.

Himadri Speciality Chemical:

The company reported Q3 results with revenue of ?1,132 crore (+7.8% YoY), net profit of ?142 crore (+31.5% YoY), and EBITDA of ?219 crore (+27.3% YoY), with EBITDA margin at 19.35% (+302 bps YoY).

HPCL:

The company successfully commissioned its 5 MMTPA LNG Regasification Terminal at Chhara, Gujarat with an investment of ?4,750 crores, starting operations after the first cargo discharge.

ITI:

The company secured contracts worth ?64 crores, including Wi-Fi & LAN for Sambalpur University (?35 crores) and Integrated Security System for Central Railways (?29.14 crores).

JSW Energy:

The company has received a letter of intent for acquiring KSK Mahanadi Power Company’s 3,600 MW thermal plant, boosting its total locked-in generation capacity to 28.2 GW.

NBCC (India):

The company signed an MoU with Sarkari Awas Nirman Avam Vitt Nigam Ltd for the mixed land use development of Poorvi Vihar, Lucknow, valued at ?3,500 crores for phase 1.

Rashi Peripherals:

The company approved an investment of up to ?14 crores for acquiring a 70% stake in Satcom Info Tech Private Limited.

Zen Technologies:

The company approved an investment of up to $10 million in its wholly-owned subsidiary Zen Technologies USA, Inc., to capitalize on US market growth opportunities.
