Citizen Stack - The inaugural UN Conference on Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) has started today at the United Nations in New York. The two-day event is a continuum of India's G20 Presidency in 2023. The event started with a welcome note by Ambassador Ruchira Kamboj (Permanent Representative of India to the UN) followed by a video message by Ashwini Vaishnaw, (Hon'ble Minister for Railways, Communications and Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. of India) on India’s DPI. Amitabh Kant, G20 Sherpa, Government of India gave a Keynote Address on Advancing Digital Frontier using Citizen Stack.  The event was also attended by prominent names like Srivatsa Krishna (IAS), Sharad Sharma (iSPIRIT), Parameswaran Iyer (World Bank), and many representatives from UN Nations.

Jocata (a subsidiary of BillDesk) is the only Indian startup invited to speak at the event today. Mr. Prashant Muddu, MD & CEO at Jocata, was among the panellists participating in “Building in India for the World: Innovation & Startups” and was joined by the likes of Mr. Ravi Tyagi, Chief General Manager at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Mr. Saurabh Drolia, Director at Google Pay, and Thomas Hardjono, CTO of Connection Science and Engineering at MIT.

Given Jocata's unique position as the sole startup presenting on India's Digital Public Infrastructure at the UN, I would like to explore the possibility of an interaction between you and Prashant.
