TGV SRAAC rises on getting nod for setting up 40 MW solar power plant

TGV SRACC is currently trading at Rs. 98.10, up by 1.42 points or 1.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 96.68 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 97.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 99.11 and Rs. 97.17 respectively. So far 60955 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 120.90 on 07-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 86.90 on 12-Jul-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 98.47 and Rs. 95.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1050.55 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.02% and 36.18% respectively.
TGV SRAAC has received board's approval for setting up of further 40 MW solar power plant near to its factory/elsewhere. The cost of the project is around Rs 120 crore and will be funded through internal accruals / bank finance.
The above approval is in addition to the earlier board approval for 60 MW (out of this 37.90 MW solar power plant works completed and started power generation and balance 22.10 MW solar power plant works are in progress satisfactorily).
