Technocraft Ventures makes stellar debut on the BSE
Technocraft Ventures has debuted at Rs 285 on the BSE, up by 73 points or 34.43% from its issue price of Rs 212.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 313.00, up by 101.00 points or 47.64% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 334.60 and Rs. 285.00 respectively. So far 17.18 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription August 7, 2026 and August 11, 2026 was subscribed 38.69 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 212 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 200-212 apiece.
Technocraft Ventures is engaged in the business of executing turnkey projects in the domains of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Roads, Building Construction, Highways, Sewage Networks, Sewage Treatment Plants and Power.
