Regency Fincorp shines on getting nod to raise Rs 50 crore via NCDs

Regency Fincorp is currently trading at Rs. 45.93, up by 1.81 points or 4.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.12 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 43.82 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.95 and Rs. 43.15 respectively. So far 50091 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.00 on 21-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.71 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.50 and Rs. 43.08 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 393.95 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 21.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.07% and 77.50% respectively.

Regency Fincorp has received approval for the issuance of 50000 units of Secured, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having Face Value of Rs 10,000 for an amount of aggregating to Rs 50 crore on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 13, 2026, has inter alia considered and approved the same. 

Regency Fincorp offer flexible, short-term loans that can be used to purchase inventory, business expansion, mining equipment’s loans for Plant and Machinery, Office furniture, display panels, office automation like PCs, laptops and printers.
