Tata Communications trades higher on raising Rs 400 crore through Commercial Paper

Tata Communications is currently trading at Rs. 1939.40, up by 26.75 points or 1.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 1912.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1934.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1965.55 and Rs. 1910.00 respectively. So far 8979 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2050.00 on 26-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1323.00 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2004.20 and Rs. 1891.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 55,197.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.57% and 7.56% respectively.

Tata Communications has raised Rs 400 crore through the allotment of Commercial Paper at discount rate of 7.05% p.a. The face value per security is Rs 5,00,000. Redemption of said Commercial Paper will be on September 11, 2026. The said Commercial Paper is listed on National Stock Exchange of India on June 16, 2026.
