Poonawalla Fincorp gains on raising Rs 250 crore through NCDs
Poonawalla Fincorp is currently trading at Rs. 476.15, up by 4.40 points or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 471.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 472.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 478.00 and Rs. 467.00 respectively. So far 38752 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 570.40 on 06-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 362.95 on 30-Mar-2026.

Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 250 crore through allotment of 25,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1 lakh on private placement basis. The Finance Committee of the company has approved the same on July 16, 2026. The NCDs have a tenure of 1,168 days and carry a coupon rate of 8.1390% per annum.
