Suratwwala Business Group touches the roof as its arm bags LoI worth Rs 69 crore

Suratwwala Business Group is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 25.56, up by 4.26 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 21.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 23.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 25.56 and Rs. 23.00 respectively. So far 5151 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 42.50 on 18-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 18.41 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 25.56 and Rs. 20.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 443.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.39%, while Non-Institutions held 26.60% stake in the company.

Suratwwala Business Group’s subsidiary -- Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource has secured Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 69 crore (excluding GST) from M/s Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK for EPC contract. The LoI is for design, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and operation & maintenance of 20MW (AC)/ 28.1 MW (DC) Solar Power Plant Kolhapur, Sangli District (Maharashtra).

The comprehensive operation & maintenance cost is Rs 50 lakh per year and Minimum Guaranteed Generation is 42.0048 MUs per year. In accordance with the terms of the LoI, a detailed work schedule specifying the commencement and completion dates for each major activity, including both supplies and services, shall be prepared and mutually agreed upon, and the work shall be completed within the agreed timeframes of 4 months.
