Surana Solar surges on securing order worth Rs 4.25 crore

Surana Solar is currently trading at Rs. 39.80, up by 1.39 points or 3.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 38.41 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 39.17 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 40.00 and Rs. 38.41 respectively. So far 93788 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.01 on 08-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 20.25 on 11-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 40.00 and Rs. 37.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 195.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.04% and 50.02% respectively.

Surana Solar has received an order worth Rs 4.25 crore from Flic Microwaves. The order is to supply them Defence related electronics Components. Earlier, the company had incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Surana Technologies’ on November 28, 2023.

Surana Solar is in the business of energy production and also in business segment of Power (wind) and Power (Solar).
