Amic Forging moves up on entering into agreement with Bengal Hammer Industries

Amic Forging is currently trading at Rs. 1541.00, up by 20.90 points or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 1520.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1520.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1550.00 and Rs. 1520.10 respectively. So far 4400 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1809.45 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 850.00 on 18-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1635.00 and Rs. 1475.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1616.26 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.92% and 41.13% respectively.
Amic Forging has entered into an agreement with Bengal Hammer Industries, a Private Limited Company, on June 19, 2025 for the purchase of land, factory, plant and machinery located at Howrah District for a total consideration of Rs 27 crore. The said acquisition of assets is expected to be completed in 120 days from the date of execution of agreement.
The company is a manufacturer in forging industry and is engaged in manufacturing of forged Components catering to various industries.
