KFin Technologies zooms on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore

KFin Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1255.90, up by 62.45 points or 5.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 1193.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1197.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1262.00 and Rs. 1197.15 respectively. So far 67339 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1640.00 on 30-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 679.00 on 21-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1268.75 and Rs. 1167.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21608.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.93% and 24.15% respectively.

KFin Technologies has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘KFin Technologies (Singapore)’ on June 19, 2025 in Singapore. The company is also in the process of obtaining requisite approval from the regulator for infusion of capital in the subsidiary.

Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 16, 2025 had approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore.

KFin Technologies provides services and solutions to intermediaries operating in the capital market ecosystem such as mutual funds (MF), alternative investment funds and wealth management firms.
