Astral

The company acquired the remaining 20% stake in Astral Coatings for Rs.75 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary to enhance synergies.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories

The company acquired the STUGERON® portfolio from Janssen for $50.5 million across 18 APAC and EMEA markets, strengthening its CNS segment.

Hindustan Aeronautics

The company signed an SSLV technology transfer agreement with ISRO, IN-SPACe and NSIL, enabling indigenous production and commercialization of small satellite launch vehicles.

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys

The company terminated earlier agreements and signed fresh PPA and SSHA with JSW Renew Energy Twelve for 70 MW hybrid renewable power.

Jupiter Wagons

The company’s subsidiary received Rs.113 crore LOA from Ministry of Railways for supplying 9,000 LHB axles for FIAT-IR bogies.

MTAR Technologies

The company secured Rs.386 crore orders from Bloom Energy in clean energy fuel cells, with execution scheduled till FY27 across multiple phases.

Premier Explosives

The company received a Rs.7.83 crore order from the Ministry of Defence for supply of counter measures, executable within 12 months.

RVNL

The company emerged as L1 bidder from West Central Railway for Rs.169.49 crore traction substation and SCADA project between Bina and RTA.

Shyam Metalics and Energy

The company entered crash barrier manufacturing with Giridih facility, planning Rs.50 crore Sambalpur unit to expand capacity and support rail-road safety.

Syrma SGS Technology

The company received Andhra Pradesh government approval for Rs.1,595 crore PCB, CCL and EMS manufacturing JV with Shinhyup Electronics at Menakuru.

Tega Industries

The company, with Apollo Funds, announced intent to acquire Molycop at ~$1.5 billion enterprise value, strengthening global mining consumables leadership.
