ACME Solar Holdings

The company’s subsidiary ACME Aklera Power Technology secured ~Rs.47.40 crore as Change in Law compensation from RERC, enhancing 250 MW project revenue.

Apollo Micro Systems

The company’s subsidiary completed acquiring IDL Explosives from GOCL, making it a stepdown subsidiary with consolidation expected to commence from Q3 FY2026.

Cyient

The company, in collaboration with Azimuth AI, launched ARKA GKT-1, India’s first-generation intelligent low-power silicon chip for edge AI and smart energy applications.

JSW Infrastructure

The company, via JSW Overseas FZE, agreed to acquire 51% of Oman’s Port SPV for a 27 MTPA facility.

KEC International

The company secured new orders worth Rs.1,016 crore across Civil, T&D, Cables, and maiden Middle East Oil & Gas projects, expanding global footprint.

NBCC India

The company received Rs.498.30 crore order from Damodar Valley Corporation for constructing township at Chandrapura Thermal Power Station in Jharkhand.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies

The company received a Rs.71.68 crore order from IRDE-DRDO for supplying two Optronic Periscopes for submarines.

Piramal Finance

The company approved issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable NCDs on private placement up to Rs.675 crore, enhancing debt funding flexibility.

Powergrid

The company approved raising Rs.3,800 crore unsecured redeemable taxable bonds under its eighty third issue through private placement to support funding requirements.

Saatvik Green Energy

The company’s subsidiary received Rs.177.5 crore domestic order from an IPP/EPC player for supplying solar PV modules during Nov-Dec 2025.

WPIL

The company’s South African subsidiary secured a Rs.426 crore MCWAP2 contract for electromechanical and instrumentation works to be commissioned in 48 months.
