Star Housing Finance has raised Rs 20 crore through the allotment of 2000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable Non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Face Value of Rs 1,00,000 to Northern Arc Capital. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on October 19, 2023 has approved allotment of the same.
