Sri Lotus Developers & Realty lists with 19% premium on the BSE
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty has debuted at Rs 179.10 on the BSE, up by 29.10 points or 19.40% from its issue price of Rs 150.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 182.75, up by 32.75 points or 21.83% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 183.35 and Rs. 176.60 respectively. So far 37.64 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between July 30, 2025 and August 1, 2025 was subscribed 74.10 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 150.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 140-150 apiece.
