FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per June 24 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15985.66 crore against gross selling of Rs 15694.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 290.96 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3215.84 crore with gross sales of Rs 2622.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 593.74 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 507.82 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 532.81 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 618.73 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 20.64 crore against gross selling of Rs 44.68 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 24.04 crore in hybrid segment.
