Spandana Sphoorty Financial is currently trading at Rs. 961.55, up by 0.50 points or 0.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 961.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 963.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 968.35 and Rs. 956.55 respectively. So far 687 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1243.10 on 12-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 478.85 on 28-Mar-2023.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 100 crore through allotment of 10,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, at par, on a private placement basis issued through Disclosure Document dated February 12, 2024. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated February 13, 2024, approved and allotted the same.
