Shriram Mutual Fund files offer document for Money Market Fund

Shriram Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended debt scheme named ‘Shriram Money Market Fund’. The New Fund Offer price for units would be Rs 10 each during the New Fund Offer Period. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers Growth option only for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against NIFTY Money Market Index A-I TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 1,000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate regular income through investment in a portfolio comprising of money market instruments with residual maturity up to 1 year.
