Sera Investments & Finance India touches roof on acquiring 99.21% stake in Sera Code

Sera Investments & Finance India is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 34.91, up by 1.66 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 33.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 34.89 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 34.91 and Rs. 32.40 respectively. So far 23277 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.68 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.91 on 01-Apr-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 34.91 and Rs. 28.48 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 226.92 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.05%, while Non-Institutions held 43.95% in the company.
Sera Investments & Finance India has acquired 99.21% stake in Sera Code (SCPL) and with such acquisition, Sera Code become a subsidiary of the Company. The management has decided to expand loan business through digital platforms and SCPL will act as Loan Service Provider (LSP) for the same. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1.25 crore.
Sera Code is engaged in the business of Software designing, Mobile Application, Web Application, Website development, customisation, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing and dealing in computer software and solutions.
