Seamec rises on entering into addendum with Posh India Offshore

Seamec is currently trading at Rs. 726.00, up by 6.90 points or 0.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 719.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 720.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 735.00 and Rs. 706.50 respectively. So far 5618 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1199.00 on 20-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 563.30 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 737.80 and Rs. 625.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1845.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.67% and 25.29% respectively.

Seamec has entered into an Addendum with Posh India Offshore to the Subcontract No. PRPVII-PIOPL-SC-02 dated March 9, 2023. The Addendum is for additional work in Pipeline Replacement Project to be undertaken during the work Season 2023-24. The Total Value of the additional work will be around Rs 48.60 crore inclusive of GST.

Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
