Sanghi Industries gains on raising Rs 500 crore on private placement basis

Sanghi Industries has raised Rs 500 crore through the allotment of 50,00,00,000 8% Non-convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (RPS) of face value of Rs 10 each at par on private placement basis to Ambuja Cements (Holding Company). The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 9, 2024 has approved allotment of the same.
Sanghi Industries is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of cement and cement products in domestic and export markets.
