Sam Industries surges on receiving Letter of Intent from Delhivery

Sam Industries is currently trading at Rs. 60.40, up by 2.20 points or 3.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 58.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 60.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 61.29 and Rs. 58.00 respectively. So far 384 shares were traded on the counter.

Sam Industries has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Delhivery for construction of a warehouse (around 60,000 square feet area) at Shivaay LogiSpace at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, which is proposed to be leased out to Delhivery upon completion. The lease period will be nine years.
