Saatvik Green Energy shines as its arm bags orders worth Rs 299.40 crore
Saatvik Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 544.10, up by 15.90 points or 3.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 528.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 534.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 551.00 and Rs. 532.15 respectively. So far 11963 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 580.00 on 15-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 420.10 on 30-Sep-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 551.00 and Rs. 500.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6809.02 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.52% and 16.48% respectively.
Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries has received orders totalling Rs 299.40 crore from three renowned Independent Power producers/EPC Players for the supply of solar PV modules. The orders will be executed during the period from December 2025 to March 2026.
Saatvik Green Energy and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Solar Photovoltaic Modules and also providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services in this regard.
