RNIT AI Solutions has secured two work orders from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh (SBTET A.P.). The orders are for development, implementation and maintenance of additional modules under an existing digital platform of SBTET A.P. The company has secured Tier - 2 classified order for development and implementation of an Automated Examination Management System (EMS) for end-to-end automation of examination activities of SBTET A.P. The Tier - 2 orders are valued between Rs 1 crore to Rs 10 crore. Further, the company has secured Tier - 1 classified order for development and implementation of an Affiliation Management System for end-to-end automation of affiliation management activities of SBTET A.P. The Tier - 1 orders are valued up to Rs 1 crore.
The new modules cover Examination Management and Affiliation Management functions and support the digitization and automation of key academic and administrative workflows of SBTET A.P. The deployment of these modules broadens the scope of the platform by covering key academic and administrative processes relating to institution affiliation, student registration, examination administration, evaluation, result processing and related governance functions, thereby supporting an integrated framework for end-to-end academic administration of students within the higher technical education ecosystem.
The scope of work includes implementation and maintenance of the solution on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, in accordance with the terms specified in the respective work orders. The consideration structure includes charges on a per-student, per-semester/year examination basis, irrespective of the number of papers appearing in such semester/year examination. The total number of users (around) covered under the scope is around 4,00,000 students across the Higher Technical Education ecosystem of SBTET A.P. The aforesaid work orders pertain to the expansion of the SBTET A.P - Academic Monitoring & Administrative Automation Application (AMAAA) Platform, which is an integrated E-Governance platform for the Higher Education ecosystem of SBTET A.P.
