RITES rises on emerging as lowest bidder in tender floated by Gujarat Urban Development Company

Rites is currently trading at Rs. 284.50, up by 5.35 points or 1.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 279.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 280.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 285.00 and Rs. 277.35 respectively. So far 26471 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 398.50 on 08-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 192.30 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.45 and Rs. 275.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13444.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.00% and 15.80% respectively.

RITES has emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) in the financial bid of the QCBS tender floated by Gujarat Urban Development Company for appointment of TPI agency for WSS/UGD/STP projects under Amrut 2.0/SJMMSVY under GUDC for ULBs of Gujarat. The estimated value of the bid is Rs 28.50 crore excluding GST.
