Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 2839.00, up by 7.85 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 2831.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2835.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2848.50 and Rs. 2831.50 respectively. So far 12651 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3024.80 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2221.05 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2859.40 and Rs. 2768.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1918191.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.24% and 10.45% respectively.

Reliance Industries’ step down wholly owned subsidiary -- REC Solar Holdings AS has completed sale of its 100% equity stake in REC Solar Norway AS (REC Norway) to Elkem ASA. Consequently, REC Norway has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.

Earlier, REC Solar Holdings AS had entered into Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Elkem ASA.
