RDB Infrastructure and Power surges on entering into MoU with Bigbull Infrabuild

RDB Infrastructure And Power is currently trading at Rs 55.00, up by 0.55 points or 1.01% from its previous closing of Rs 54.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 55.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs 55.99 and Rs 53.00 respectively. So far 655 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 62.68 on 04-Apr-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 13.67 on 30-Apr-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 57.54 and Rs 53.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 959.06 crore.

RDB Infrastructure and Power has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bigbull Infrabuild for development of Commercial/ multi storied Retirement Housing Project on Company’s land admeasuring, in aggregate 2.8375 acres, located in the revenue estate of Village Palra, Sub-Tehsil Badshahpur, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The revenue sharing between the RDB Infrastructure and Power and Bigbull Infrabuild is 31.5% and 68.5% respectively.
