Ram Temple inauguration historic day for world: Jyotiraditya Scindia
23rd January 2024 (ANI): Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on January 23 remarked that the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir held on January 22, was a historic day for the world. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whom he hailed as the worthy son of Mother India. Scindia acknowledged that the event resonates with the faith of India’s 1.4 billion people and finds significance for Lord Rama’s followers worldwide.Reflecting on the foundation stone laying in 2019 and the consecration ceremony on January 23, 2024, Scindia expressed the need to establish the nation as a Vishwaguru. He called upon every citizen to contribute based on hard work and dedication to achieve this goal. As Rama once again graces the temple after 500 years, Scindia acknowledged the sacrifices made by generations and highlighted the contributions of his grandmother, the former Rajmata, Vijaya Raje Scindia, and others to this monumental event.
In response to Rahul Gandhi’s query about the right of only one person to visit the temple, Scindia emphasised that those tourists who were invited to the temple event but declined are not forgiven by the people of the country. He concluded by stating that the entire nation will take inspiration from Lord Rama's blessings, pledging commitment to the development and progress of the State and the Nation.
