Race Eco Chain soars as its arm makes investment of Rs 5 crore in GEM Polymers

Race Eco Chain is currently trading at Rs. 260.00, up by 4.00 points or 1.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 256.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 249.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 260.00 and Rs. 249.05 respectively. So far 981 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 457.25 on 02-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 232.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

As part of this investment, 5,00,000 equity shares of M/s GEM Polymers having a face value of Rs 10 each have been allotted at a price of Rs 100 per share (comprising a premium of Rs 90 per share). The total investment amounts to Rs 5.00 crore.
