“Budget with a clear Objective of putting money in the hands of Citizens by way of Tax Slab Rationalization and almost doubling the Zero Income slab in new regime.

Timely and prudent step to infuse consumption, when we can clearly see the headwinds in Global business environment. Actually, it’s a much smarter decision till the time Global indicators moves back to favorable zone for India  , It would be prudent to focus on domestic consumption, providing a much needed relief to the Great Indian Middle Class a major chunk of taxpayers by volume, which had been reeling under the stress of higher Inflation post Covid 19 pandemic coupled with equally higher interest rates. On the Broader aspects budget did pickup on real job garner projects like MSME’s  ease of business, Footwear, Electronics Manufacturing where max employment can be generated quickly. Third major focus clearly on Agri Sector with a Self-Reliance in Pulses guaranteed procurement by Central agencies, targeting low low-productivity districts to boost crop diversity, irrigation, and credit access with Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Loan limit enhancement. In my opinion, budget will also encourage private capex back in  action in some of the focus Sectors which are let by Consumption, Premiumization of goods & Services. Some real good clues for Pvt Capex which had been waiting on sidelines !!”
