“Statistically the first calendar quarter has never been the best, which means the following three quarters of this year will probably be better than the first. Most companies have caught up to earnings and FIIs have low ownership. Mutual Funds continue to be sitting on cash and major froth has come off mid and small caps. Going ahead there's no uncertainty about the Lok Sabha elections and global cues can only improve. I strongly believe that soon globally interest rates will start cooling down that can throttle the markets upwards. Time in the market > timing the market”
