Quant Mutual Fund files offer document for Nifty 100 Index Fund

Quant Money Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended scheme named ‘Quant Nifty 100 Index Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 of the Value of the Underlying Index during the NFO. Entry load and Exit Load will be nil. The Scheme does not offer any plans or options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 5 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against Nifty 100 TRI. The minimum application amount will be Rs 5000 and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide returns that, before expenses, closely correspond to the total returns of the securities represented by the Nifty 100 Index.
