Quant Money Managers has announced Notice-cum-Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme of Quant Mutual Fund (The Fund).

Quant Mutual Fund has informed that Risk-o-meter of the Equity Savings Fund has been revised from existing ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’. The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s monthly portfolio as on November 30, 2025.

All other details of the Product Labeling and all other features and terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme will remain unchanged.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the aforesaid Scheme read with the addenda issued thereunder.
