Puravankara zooms on logging 2-fold jump in sales value in Q2FY24

Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 138.45, up by 14.85 points or 12.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 123.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 124.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 141.05 and Rs. 124.40 respectively. So far 181890 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 141.05 on 10-Oct-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.35 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 141.05 and Rs. 121.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3283.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.76% and 8.24% respectively.

Puravankara has reported sales value of Rs 1,600 crore in Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 791 crore in Q2FY23, i.e. reported over 2-fold jump. The company's sales bookings in volume terms rose 89% to 2.01 million square feet during Q2FY24, from 1.07 million square feet in Q2FY23. Average price realization increased by 7.45% to Rs 7,947/sft during Q2FY24 from Rs 7,396/sft in Q2FY23.
